The “Weiberhimml” has been provided with a traditional stone oven, so that our pizza chef Loris from Naples, who came to Ulten Valley many years ago and has grown fond of its people and traditions, can now joyfully delight tourists and locals alike serving them his extraordinary pizzas.

On our rotating, wittily designed menu, you can combine various “Knödel” (our special bread-balls) with assorted side dishes of your choice.
The “Weiberhimml-Punch” is served in jugs.
